Menu
Our
wines are fashioned around the fertile imagination of Chef Anne. We’re always
on the lookout for
the Next Great Wine, which we’ve marked below
by ¸. We also find
outstanding values, either by
ruthless
haggling with suppliers, or by offering neglected vintages of great wines.

Why Trimbach?
Many, many years ago, Jim
had made an appointment to visit the Trimbach family winery in the village
of Ribeauvillé, in Alsace. He was greeted by Hubert
Trimbach, who showed Jim every nook and cranny in
the
famous estate. After the tour, Hubert
invited Jim to dinner, where the two ate, talked and drank
wine
until the wee hours. They parted firm friends, and from that day on, Jim vowed
to carry the
Trimbach
family wines wherever he worked. Great wines like these are always a good value
– but you
cannot
put a price on friendship, kindness and loyalty.
